I had one of the best experiences I could've hoped for for my grandson!!! he is a special-needs child and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at the magnificent care and length that these wonderful people went through to make sure he had a great experience with the least amount of trauma. That meant a lot being that his last dental office he was traumatized by the work that was done on him. We had two visits and they both were great! We were greeted by the secretary her name was Belinda. She was very helpful making sure we got swift treatment and she even checked on my grandson per my request you very very appreciate it. Dr. Parmar was so gentle with my grandson, making sure not to force him into anything he was not ready for. I have never seen a dentist this patient with a child and also gentle. He took the time to explain everything to expect beforehand on my first visit and then again on my second after he was complete he went onto tell me what to expect and reassured me. I was more than welcome to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. he is a true jewel in his profession anyone would be lucky to have him for care. I had an amazing experience at Division Dental! My daughter and I were treated with so much kindness from the moment we walked through the door. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our entire visit. As a parent, I was very nervous because this was my daughter's first dental procedure. The entire team showed so much care, compassion, and genuine concern, which really helped put my mind at ease. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office was exceptionally clean, cozy, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were also able to get in and out in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how thorough they were with the aftercare instructions. The follow-up phone call from the dentist afterward was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel truly supported. It showed that they genuinely care about their patients even after they leave the office. Thank you to everyone at Division Dental for taking such wonderful care of my daughter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and caring dental team!

I went here for my boys and I want to they did a great job. The ladies in the office are really nice. Dentist explained everything to me and he was nice as well. Get you referrals and go here for yours kids best place

We took our daughter to this place for a complete dental treatment; the service was excellent and very fast. The procedure was performed by Dr. Parmar, a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend this place.

I want to add further context to my experience. On the day of my child’s treatment, our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. We were the only patients present at the time, yet by 9:30 AM we still had not been seen. When I asked the front desk about the delay and explained that my child is on the autism spectrum and had been fasting, I was told, “your child is not the only autistic child here.” The tone of this response felt dismissive and unprofessional given the situation. I also want to clarify that when I originally scheduled the evaluation appointment, I was not told to notify the front desk separately about my child’s autism. That was only mentioned after the visit, despite this information already being included in the intake forms. In fact, I was later contacted to complete or review forms, which raises further concern about whether that information was properly reviewed or communicated among staff. My main concern remains the handling of care during the treatment visit. My child was given oral medication for sedation before insurance issues were addressed, which left him drowsy while I was dealing with administrative matters.
